Ambitious Aims
Each week, children will challenge themselves and believe in their creative potential. Through designing and creating a variety of art and craft pieces, children will learn to problem solve as they explore materials, techniques, and ideas. Along the way, they develop resilience and patience, understanding that creative work takes time, experimentation, and perseverance to achieve their desired outcomes.

Week 1: Introduction to Artopia & Create name tags
Week 2: Research and design a Mythical creature
Week 3: Create a Mythical creature using clay
Week 4: Paint Mythical creature
Week 5: Research woodland animals and design a wood slice
Week 6: Create an animal wood slice
Week 7: Find and design your decorative stone
Week 8: Decorate your stone
Week 9: Research and design either a bag or a junk modelling masterpiece
Week 10: Create a bag or junk modelling masterpiece
Fantastic Finale
For the Artopia finale, the students will graduate from the course and showcase their incredible work they have created.
