Den Building

What do you need in order to survive on a desert island?
Food, water, warmth, clothes and shelter.
Year 3 and 4 have been busy working in teams to build waterproof dens. It was hard work on such a windy day, but teamwork pulled us through!

Then we used a potato peeler to whittle a willow twig. These can be used as skewer to cook food over the fire.

Wow what an experience!

Year 3/4 have had a thrilling day out consisting of spending their time at the glorious King Edward VII park and then venturing to Wembley stadium where they were lucky enough to have a tour. Not only did the children get to see the changing rooms, the pitch and the FA cup trophy but they also got to sit in the same seats as One Direction! We are now on the Metropolitan Line on the way home, we will keep you posted about the journey home.

One step closer

We are now one step closer to Wembley and are on the Metropolitan Line to Wembley Park Station, not far to go!

Year 3/4 are on route to Wembley

Birch, Ash and Rowan have successfully caught the train at Harold Wood station and are now on route to Liverpool Street. The children are very excited to see Wembley!
