Perfect PE

This term, our Year 4 children have been diving into an exciting dance topic during their PE lessons, using movement to bring secret missions to life! They’ve been learning how to use balance and body shapes to create striking poses, working both individually and in groups. Through teamwork and creativity, they’ve combined these elements into dynamic spy-themed dance routines – sneaking, sliding, and striking dramatic shapes just like agents on a top-secret mission. It’s been a fantastic way to develop coordination, confidence, and collaboration – all while having loads of fun!

Year 3 Certificates

It's been a wonderful week of learning in Year 3 and the children have been working hard all week, both inside and outside the classroom!

In Literacy, the children continued their work on our book for this half term, 'A Tale of Two Robots'. This week, the children planned and wrote a letter to the main character of the story, Callum. The purpose of the letter was to ask Callum to build the children's creative and unique robots for them. Excellent work Year 3, I hope he replies soon!

In Maths, the children have continued their work on place value by finding 1, 10 and 100 more and less than a given number using the dienes to support them. Well done Year 3, your knowledge of place value is clear to see!

This week's certificate winners are...

Star Writer - Ayva, Sreeja and Aditi

E for Excellence - Asher, Jaxon and Anas

Teacher Happy - Sofia and Daisy

4 R's - Adon Rosie and Ashlean
