All of the children have been excited and engaged in their learning and have demonstrated just how resilient they are by taking the transition to Year 3 in their stride!
The children have linked their learning this week to their Literacy for the first half term - A Tale of Two Robots.
After listening to the story, the children began to make predictions before designing and annotating their own robots. They continued the theme in Maths and used robots to determine the place value before making 2 and 3 digit numbers. We ended the week by getting creative with our art and DT skills using junk modelling to build our own robots.
Year 3 have been super engaged in their learning and the staff are all so proud of their efforts over the last three days.
