In Literacy, the children were introduced to their new novel for this half term 'Stone Age Boy', and used their inference skills to predict the key events of the story. They also carried out their own research into the Stone Age, which helped them gain a better understanding of life during this time.
In Maths, the children continued their topic for the start of this half term, addition and subtraction. The children were adding and subtracting tens across a hundred using the number line method to support them.
