Scientists at work...

Year 3/4 have continued learning about teeth - different teeth we have, how to keep them healthy and how the theeth we have determine our diet.

We have been busy observing skulls of various animals, examining their teeth and concluding what sort of diet they must have had based on their teeth.

For example, a carnicore (meat eating animal) would need canine teeth in order to bite and tear it's food.
