Rowan's Fruity Kebabs!

As part of our 'healthy foods' week it was time this afternoon to enjoy some delicious fruit kebabs.  Firstly we discussed how fruit and vegetables are an important part of our diet and how they can provide fibre to help digest  food, minerals including calcium to help build strong bones and vitamins for healthy skin,bones and teeth. We enjoyed some mouth watering pineapple, strawberries, grapes and apple.
