Year 4 attended a performance on Road Safety that had a very important message. Following the story of 'Kat 9 lives' they were reminded that the most important thing about Road Safety is our common sense. This means that if you are walking, you need to find a safe crossing and look and listen before crossing the road; if you are on a bicycle or scooter you must wear a helmet and obey all the signs; and you must always wear a seat belt at all times when travelling in a car. Roads are dangerous, but by using our common sense we can make sure that we keep ourselves, our family and our friends safe.
