Year 3's Guided Reading!

This term, year 3 have been reading 'Secrets of a Sun King' in Guided Reading. They have been using their retrieval, inference and prediction skills when answering questions about the text and they have used their amazing intonation skills to perform their readers theatre.

We started the term by puzzling together the front cover and predicting what we think the book might be about. We have then moved on to freeze frames, writing letters and practicing our fluency.

We can't wait to find out what happens with the cursed jar!
