Remembrance Day

This morning, each class positioned their poppies in front of the school to create our very own poppy field inspired by the sea of poppies at the Tower of London Remembers. Year 3 and Year 4 stood around the poppies in silence to show their respect and took a moment to remember all those who sacrificed their lives in the wars.

We also heard a poem about the poppies at Remembrance day, that was read by Sophia (Year 1).
