Solid, Liquid, or Gas? Ask Year 4!

Last week, Birch and Ash class took to the field to demonstrate the movement of molecules in the three states of matter. After observing the change of ice into water, the students themselves became the molecules!

Grace observed that even though the molecules in a solid are in organised rows, they still move slightly. See if you can work out which state of matter these photo are representing!
