Year 4 Online Learning - 18.01.20

Well done for another brilliant week of online learning, Year 4! We have loved seeing how hard you have been trying with your work on Google Classroom and we could not be more proud of you.

As always, we were so so happy to see so many of your faces on our Google Meet lessons. We will continue to have them at the same times; please familarise yourself with the timetable here.

We will also continue with our 1:1 sessions, please find a timetable for next week here.

Please also find a suggested timetable for the whole week here. We know that, as we have increased our live lessons and with the children's 1:1 sessions, some children are struggling to complete all the work that is set.

Please remember that we don't expect every piece of work to be fully completed. It is reasonable for the children to spend 30 minutes on each activity after some explanation or input. If you are finding that they are spending longer, please just ask them to submit the work that they have done in that time. We will always add extra work on Google Classroom, to make sure that there is enough for the children to complete - please be reassured that this does not mean that we expect it all to be done.

All of our online learning will be provided through Google Classroom but please don't forget Rockstars, Literacy Planet, MyBookBlog and Mathletics.

Thank you again to all parents and carers for the incredible job you are all doing at home with the children. We know that it is not easy juggling home schooling with work and other commitments, especially as so many of you have more than one child who needs support. Please remember that we are always here, if you have any queries or questions.

We want to try and make this difficult time as positive and as normal for the children as we possibly can, so we welcome any feedback to make our online learning better.

We would really appreciate it if you could complete this feedback form, as we would be keen to hear any ideas or suggestions you might have.

Thank you again for your continued support.
