It's been another wonderful week of learning in Year 3 and the children have been hard at work and making progress with their learning. Let's take a look!
In Literacy, the children used their knowledge of their story for this half term, 'A Tale of Two Robots', to create a sequel to the story. The children explored the three stages of a story mountain, from start to problem and finally the solution. It was amazing to hear so many impressive ideas as to what could happen next!

In Maths, the children started their new topic 'Addition and Subtraction' and began by adding and subtracting ones, tens and hundreds. The children used the number counters for this lesson, which is a great way for the children to grasp this key concept. Well done to our Year 3 Mathematicians!
