With the help their mum, they have created a shell-less egg!
"What we did was we put the egg with the shell on in some vinegar and we added some food colouring. Then we waited two days and when we took it out this morning, it was purple and the shell had disappeared!" explained Sophie. Both Sienna and Sophie told Mr Drakes and Miss Fox how this was called a chemical reaction.
Well done to the Nickson sisters for being so creative and scientific at home. Perhaps others will now be inspired to create their own experiments!
