Year 4 Cinema Trip

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are delighted to inform you that a trip has been booked for our Year 4 children to go and see the new Mary Poppins film. For the whole of the autumn term the children studied Mary Poppins each week. This trip will allow the children to see the new film and apply their analysis and comparison skills.

The Year 4 children will be visiting Romford cinema on Monday 14th January 2019. The performance will begin at 10:00am. All children should be in school by 8:45am as we will be leaving at 9:15am to get the bus. We expect to arrive back at school at approximately 1.00pm so the children will need to either bring in a packed lunch or order a School packed lunch. We will eat lunch as soon as we arrive back to School - traffic dependent. They will also be given a small bag of popcorn for the film and will be offered the chance to take a piece of fruit with them.

The children will be travelling to and from Romford by bus. The children will be accompanied by teachers and support staff.

We are asking for a contribution of £3 per child to cover part of the ticket costs. Please make your contributions on sQuid. If you have any questions or queries about payment, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s class teacher. We thank you for your continued support.
