This afternoon, years 2 through to year 6 were treated to a performance of Gill and Bill's Pandora's Box! Set in our brand new hall, Gill and Bill displayed a masterclass in performing and reciting.
The story of Pandora's Box is well known to Year 5 who did an extended piece of writing on the same subject earlier in the year.
As well as a performance, year 3 were given an expert poetry workshop where they were shown the nuances of pace, rhythm, and intonation when reading the poem, 'Conversation Piece' by Gareth Owen.
All in all, it was a poetry-packed day that inspired many future actors in the audience. Thank you Gill and Bill!
