It was Black History Month during October. Ash class were assigned a tan optional task during their self-led time to write a letter to a friend or family member about Black History and its significance, along with describing 2 people who have contributed to UK’s society. Lily, Maisie (not pictured) and Harry wrote some great letters, which were shared and read out to the rest of the class.
It’s always important to recognise, celebrate and educate ourselves on history! Well done Ash!
