Recently, we had a surprise guest at Broadford School, in order to help us celebrate Science Week!! Robin Ince (best known for presenting 'The Infinite Monkey Cage' with physicist Brian Cox) gave us a visit as part of our challenges with 'Guiness World Records'. Year 4 volunteers from Ash and Birch class worked with Robin Ince to perform some hands on science tests and attempt to recreate and beat a few world records!
This was also filmed for Guiness World Records and so the children got to see what a real film set looked like. Sycamore was transformed by a whole film crew and the children even had their own microphones, just like they have seen on TV.
