Today in Year 3, the children started their new science unit “Plants”. The children had plants on their tables and with their partner had to dissect the plant and name the parts. After, the children drew their own plant and added the labels for each part.
Pranav - "The roots are in the soil.”
Rosie - "Bees like flowers and the pollen."
Grace - "Plants need sunshine and water to grow."
Harvey - “The roots are in the bottom and go in the soil.”
