 Welcome back to school, Year 4!

What a wonderful start we have had this year. All the children in Year 4 have settled in very well. We have started the year with setting goals that we aspire to achieve by the end of the year. In Literacy, our pupils wrote a fascinating, creative story about a 'Strange town'. The children have experienced their first ever Fluency Friday in Maths and we have discovered new Maths wizards!

Ash, Birch and Larch began to make their own spirit animals using tin foil art. The children learnt more about the zones of regulation and have understood how they feel and are beginning to understand their emotions.

All the teachers in Year 4 are looking forward to a brilliant year, full of new memories and amazing learning. We cannot wait to see you grow as learners and have a great year!

REMINDER: PE is on Monday afternoon. Children are expected to come in PE uniform. Please send your children with a black, grey or navy blue shorts or trousers and a white polo t-shirt. Please check the weather and ensure that children have a school jumper or cardigan if its cold. If however, the weather is kind, please send your child with sun-cream.
