Year 3 Yogis!







This week the Year 3's took a break from their first assessments for the year and participated in some calming Yoga.

After a short run to get their blood flowing again, they all engaged in stretching and breathing through storytelling. 







The children had to listen closely and follow the steps to achieve a variety of yoga positions.
" I really enjoyed all the different positions, sometimes I do this at home!" - Eva.
