Beat the Calculator in Year 3!

Today in maths, the year 3 children were demonstrating their mental maths skills by going up against the calculator! Their challenge was to solve mental maths problems before the calculator did.

The children embraced the challenge and lots of them were able to successfully beat the calculator!

"In the first round, I was so close to getting the answer but before I knew it, the calculator had won! Thankfully, I persevered and managed to beat the calculator!"
